Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients’ developmental goals
Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and skill acquisition
Collect and record data on client progress accurately during sessions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments
Assist clients with daily living skills, communication, social interactions, and adaptive behaviors in various settings
Maintain a safe, supportive environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that address individual client needs and challenges
Communicate effectively with families and caregivers to provide updates on progress and strategies for reinforcement at home
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in behavior analysis or related fields is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect positively with clients of diverse backgrounds
Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement treatment plans consistently
Energetic, patient, and compassionate attitude with a passion for helping others succeed
Basic understanding of data collection methods and behavior management techniques preferred
Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
