Assessment & Compliance

  • Psychoeducational Evaluations: Conducting initial, triennial, and supplemental assessments for a wide range of disabilities (SLD, OHI, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, etc.).

  • Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE): Serving as a neutral third-party expert for families and districts during disputes.

  • Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) Assessments: Specialized evaluations for students requiring more intensive emotional or behavioral support.

  • Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA): Developing data-driven insights to understand the "why" behind challenging behaviors.

IEP & Litigation Support

  • IEP Meeting Attendance & Facilitation: Presenting evaluation results clearly and collaborating with the team to develop defensible goals.

  • Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP): Designing and drafting practical, compliant plans based on FBA results.

Direct Student & Staff Support

  • Individual & Group Counseling: Providing DIS (Designated Instruction and Services) counseling as mandated by student IEPs.

  • Crisis Intervention: Supporting school sites during emergencies, including threat assessments or suicide risk screenings.

  • Behavior Consultation: Coaching teachers and paraprofessionals on classroom management and implementation of behavioral strategies.

  • Staff Training & Professional Development: Leading workshops on topics like trauma-informed care, ADHD in the classroom, or understanding the IEP process.
